The full amount of travel/tour expenses must be paid one month prior to travel.
Railway ticket cancellation charges will be levied if the journey in which railway ticket is issued and your arrival is cancelled at any time.
If a cancellation is done 30 days prior to departure of the Yatra/Tour from the date of booking, the remaining amount will be adjusted to the next Yatra/Tour after deducting the cancellation amount of railway ticket and hotel room booking charges. The Yatra/tour advance will not be refunded for any reason.
Cancellation done between 15 to 30 days prior to the departure of the Yatra/Tour, then you will be charged 50% of the total package amount as cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of the amount will be adjusted in the next Yatra/Tour.
If the Yatra/Tour is cancelled for any reason within 15 days prior to departure date, then the full amount of the Yatra/Tour will not be refunded.
In case of sudden cancellation of your Yatra due to any reason no refund will be given as we do not get back the money paid by us for booking. If your arrival is cancelled, another person should be sent to your place.
In case of cancellation from Prabhu Travels of a Yatra/Tour for any reason, then we are bound to refund your Yatra/Tour amount in due time.
