of employees, certain risks and dangers may arise, including accident during journey or medical illness.
You accept and agree to all risks associated with the journey and further agree to abide by the terms & conditions of Prabhu Travels, as described here & in its brochures. In the event of illness, accident, weather, political and other factors beyond their control, You will not hold Prabhu Travels, its agents, associates or employees responsible or liable for any damages. You understand that you travel at your own risk.
You have been explained and made to understand all the risks associated with the journey by Prabhu Travels. You further understand and accept that in any event of illness, accident, natural disaster, unforeseen dangers of climatic conditions or other factors beyond organizer’s control, you will have to evacuate on your own expenses and risks. And you will not hold Prabhu Travels responsible for any kind of such damages.

You further understand and accept that due to the nature of travel in Mt. Kailash and due to certain terms & conditions imposed upon Prabhu Travels, by the principle i.e., Tibet Government and Paramilitary Forces.
