Itinerary can change without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances such as govt. restriction, flood, political unrest, cancellation or delay in train or flight, illness, or accident. Any extra cost incurring thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spot.
Full payment of the tour cost must be paid one month prior to departure.
Tour cost amount will be adjusted in the next tour if cancellation is up to 30 days prior to departure of the tour from the date of booking. No refund will be given.
50% cancellation charges of total package amount will be adjusted in the next tour if the client cancels between 15 to 30 days before the commencement date of tour.
No cancellation will be accepted in any circumstances within 15 days of the commencement date.
If Prabhu Travels is unable to conduct the tour due to any circumstances, then we are liable to refund your payment in due course of time.

Once we apply for the Tibet Visa Permit, the booking amount is non-refundable.
If your Permit/Visa is rejected by the Embassy because of your incomplete documents, then there will be no refund in initial payments.
25% cancellation fees of total package amount will be refunded if the client cancels between 30 to 45 days before the commencement date of tour.
50% cancellation fees of total package amount will be refunded if the client cancels between 15 to 30 days before the commencement date of tour.
No cancellation will be accepted within 15 days of the commencement date.
