This is a personalized tour. Based on passages enquiry, it can be organized as a family / group / honeymoon package.

1. In case of sudden cancellation of your Yatra due to any reason no refund will be given as we do not get back the money paid by us for booking. If your arrival is cancelled, another person should be sent to your place.
2. Full payment of the tour cost must be paid one month prior to departure.
3. Tour cost amount will be adjusted in the next tour if cancellation is up to 30 days prior to departure of the tour from the date of booking. No refund will be given.
4. 50% cancellation charges of total package amount will be adjusted in the next tour if the client cancels between 15 to 30 days before the commencement date of tour.
5. No refund will be given in any circumstances if cancellation is within 15 days of the commencement date.
6. If Prabhu Travels is unable to conduct the tour due to any circumstances, then we are liable to refund your payment in due course of time.
